Letter from the Chairman
Dear Valued Partners,
The year 2010 is upon us. A new decade, unchartered economic waters, a flatter world threatened by financial collapse, global warming, and political violence.
Our objective is obvious, our mission simple. To offer every Crescent customer continued and unrivalled choice. The ability to choose from a variety of insurers, a variety of products, and unrivalled price and service whereby we continue to create a paradigm shift through every concievable distribution channel, platform, joint venture, and strategic partnership whether brick and mortar, digital, and/or virtual to place the power of the purse firmly in the hand of the insurance buyer in every local market we operate in.
On a corporate level, our mission in 2010 is to be the leader or runner up in every practice area we specialize, in whatever market, in what ever circumstances, in whatever part of the world Crescent Global has a footprint. Our wholesale operations in 2009 have begun to go global, now servicing clients on every continent on Earth from our headquarters in London.
From retail to reinsurance, from risk management to human capital consulting and employee benefits, Crescent Global continues to evolve.
Good is not good enough. We are not in the market to flatter ourselves, drink champagne, or mingle. We are in the market to compete, and compete we shall.
The year 2010 for Crescent Global will be the year of choice. We will pick our battles, choose our wars, and select our customers and friends very carefully. Above all, our clients wellfare, the security behind their insurance programs, our service, reliability, technical precision,ethics, and an ethos for warefare means we will not compromise, negotiate, cooperate, or stop at anything from serving our most treasured assets, our clients.
